Submission of Supporting Documents for Absence/Latecoming

Hey RIRC,

Please do remember to submit your supporting documents for your periods of absence from trainings. These allow us to verify your reasons for your absence. These supporting documents should be accompanied with an excuse form. It is our policy that supporting documents should be submitted before the day of absence, apart from MCs, which should be submitted within that same week. As such, please do remember to be punctual for trainings and events, and submit your supporting documents on time. Excuse forms and the policy on latecoming and absence can be found in the treasure chest on the RIRC blog.

We will be collecting your supporting documents and excuse forms this Wednesday training.

Cadet-Link Activity attendance

Hey RIRC,

RIRC will be organising a Cadet-Link Activity with the links of De La Selle School on next Thursday, 19/5. This activity will be held after school, from 2.10pm to 4.30pm. Time for lunch as well as transport to the school will be provided. As such, we need you all to indicate your attendance on this link: http://goo.gl/forms/jqqRQDeu9d. The purpose of this activity is to allow the links of De La Selle School to have fun, and encourage them to join Red Cross as their CCA in secondary school. As such, we will be organising games for the links, and you all will be helping out in organising these games, by conducting the games for them on the actual day. More information will be released at a later date. This activity is a chance for you to interact with the links, and know them better, and also an opportunity for you to get more people to join Red Cross. Do note that this activity is a compulsory event, so if you are absent, you will need to have a valid excuse. Thank you :)
